If your house rental is oceanfront, your setup will be directly in front of your house.  If your setup is at a beach access we will put a “reserved for” sign on your cabana or umbrella and we will text you a picture of it on your first day.

If it is too windy for us to set up we will notify you by text.  If you booked directly with us we will give you a prorated refund for any days missed.  Please note it is possible for it to be sunny and the wind to be blowing too hard to safely set up a cabanas or umbrellas.
